Our methodology
Ranking criteria
Providers are ordered on clinical oversight, total monthly cost including labs and follow-ups, medication sourcing transparency, and how responsive support is after the first prescription. Commercial terms are not an input.
What we publish
Every listing carries pricing, what the provider is genuinely good at, and the trade-offs. If a provider has no meaningful downside listed, we have not finished researching it.
How we make money
Some outbound links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission if you enrol. You pay the same either way, and a partnership never buys a higher position.
What we are not
We are a publisher, not a clinic. We do not prescribe, dispense, or provide medical advice, and we have no access to your health information.
How the site is built
Every page here is pre-rendered from a content file committed to the repository. There is no database, no user accounts, no analytics vendor and no third-party script — which is why the site loads instantly and why there is nothing about you for us to store. Provider data is refreshed by re-running the sync script and redeploying.
